About Daniella

Daniella is an AHPRA-endorsed Counselling Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience providing psychological support to children, adolescents, and adults. She has worked across a range of settings, including primary and secondary schools as well as private practice, supporting individuals with a wide variety of emotional, behavioural, and wellbeing concerns.

Daniella offers a calm, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach to therapy. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Daniella believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is central to effective therapy and meaningful personal growth.

Her approach is collaborative and client-centred. Daniella tailors therapy to the unique needs of each client and draws on evidence-based psychological approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies.

Daniella provides psychology support for children, adolescents, and adults. She also provides relationship and couples counselling.
