Appointment Options (In-Person & Telehealth)
Daniella provides both in-person psychology sessions and Telehealth appointments for your convenience. Telehealth sessions can be conducted via Zoom video or telephone, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your home, office or remote location.
After-Hours Appointments
Daniella offers after-hours psychology appointments to support clients who require greater flexibility. Evening appointments are available until 7:00 pm on weekdays, as well as Saturday sessions.
Please note that appointments scheduled after 5:00 pm and on weekends are charged at a slightly higher rate than standard weekday daytime sessions.
Concession Rates
If you hold a valid concession card, please enquire about the availability of concession rates. This may help reduce the out-of-pocket cost (gap payment) after your Medicare or private health insurance rebate.
Medicare
Daniella is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and holds Medicare provider numbers, enabling clients to claim a Medicare rebate for eligible psychology sessions.
Please note that sessions are not bulk billed; however, you may be able to claim a subsidised Medicare rebate with a valid referral (such as a Mental Health Treatment Plan) from your GP.
Private Health Insurance
You may be eligible to claim rebates for psychological services through your private health insurer, depending on your level of cover. To claim a rebate, you will need to have ancillary (extras) cover that includes psychology services.
Claims can be processed on the day of your session via HICAPS, allowing you to receive your rebate immediately.
Clinic Policy
Payment is required on the day of your consultation. Cash, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur the full session fee.
